If you live in the UK and have not received your order within 5 - 7 days of the receipt of a "Your order has been shipped" email, please first check with your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they are holding a parcel for you.
Orders are only classified as missing in the post 15 days after posting. If 15 days or more have passed and your order has not been received, please contact us.

As a specialist small internet retailer we are not always able to accept telephone orders as this enables us to prioritise our resources which is critical in getting customer internet orders processed and despatched as quickly as possible. | | Help Information - Ordering There are TWO ways in which to order from our on line shop:
Telephone Orders (personalised orders not accepted)
By using our secure online ordering system - Our secure online ordering system uses the popular Actinic shopping cart software system, used everyday by thousands of websites around the world.
The site contains two types of pages - Information or Shopping The information pages (such as this one), provide background details concerning Keepsake Kreations, our products and website. Information pages are contained in the following sections:
Home, Personalised Candles, Order Times, Personalised Gifts, Religious Gifts, Memorial Gifts, Shows & Fairs, Delivery & Help Information
Shopping pages display all our products, their associated details and shopping cart facilities. Shopping pages are contained in the section entitled 'Shop'
Product Selection Upon entering the 'Shop' section you will see a list of the main shopping areas (e.g. personalised candles, personalised gifts etc.). Select the desired shopping area (click on the image, the title or the 'Buy Now' icon) and browse the sub-sections within.Repeat this process to drill down to a product page.
Product Page A full product image on the right of the page tells you that you are viewing a 'product page'.
You are also most likely to notice additional text describing the product, a price, a quantity field, one or more drop own selection fields and an 'Add To Cart' button.
Order a Product Once you have found a product page for a product that you wish to order:
Complete any required information fields (field names are in red) Make a choice from each drop down selection field If appropriate, view extra information available (via a link to the right of selected drop down fields)
Own Image - Photographs or Images need to be sent by e-mail to tina@keepsakekreations.co.uk after you have placed your order, and include order number in subject header.
You are now ready to click on the 'Add To Cart' button. This action verifies your drop down selection choices and checks to ensure that you have provided all the required information for this product choice.
If you have forgotten to enter something an error message will appear at the top of the page. Scroll down and those fields that you have forgotten to complete will be highlighted in red. Enter the missing information and try 'Add To Cart' again. Repeat until no error message appears.
Shopping Cart As soon as the site has verified that your selections from the product page are 100% present and correct, a partial version of the 'Shopping Cart' page is briefly displayed (for approximately 5 seconds or so). This page shows you a full list of each product that is currently in your shopping cart. For each product you will see:
Description - a list of your selection choices (e.g. size, colour etc.)
Quantity - confirmation of the quantity that you have selected
Price - the price for '1' unit of the product Cost - Quantity x Price
The product page will now be re-displayed, enabling you to order further products (e.g. candle holder etc.).
At the top of each product page you will notice a number of shopping cart-related links:
View Basket - view the contents of your shopping cart at any time Search - find products using keywords or phrases (e.g. candles for baptism)
Checkout - finish shopping and pay for the items in your cart
View Basket When you click on the 'View Basket' link, the full 'Shopping Cart' page is displayed. This page shows you a full list of each product that is currently in your shopping cart.
You may still alter some aspects of your order on this page. Such aspects have a 'white' background and are likely to be checkboxes or input fields. You can, for example, change the quantity or some personalisation details.
If you do modify an order in the shopping cart, you must click on the 'update' link (beneath the shopping cart list) to confirm the modification. Any necessary re-calulation of the cost is then made and the updated shopping cart is displayed. Removing an item from the shopping cart is achieved in the same manner - just tick the 'remove' box of the appropriate product and click update.
Should you need to stop ordering for any reason, you can save the contents of your shopping cart so that you can resumeshopping with these items in your cart at a later time - use the 'save' and 'retrieve' links for this functionality.
Once you have finished viewing your shopping cart you can click the 'continue shopping' link to return to the product page that you were previously viewing.
Search The links to the 'Search' page appear on all shopping pages. The search facility enables you to search theshop pages for products or related information.
To search, simply enter your search keyword(s) into the 'Search Words' input field, select one of the 'All' or 'Any' options and click 'Search'.
A list of matching product pages (if any) will then be displayed. Click on the listed page to view the product information.
The displayed product page will appear with the matching keyword(s) highlighted in red.
Checkout - Once you have finished shopping you should click the 'Checkout' link in order to purchase the items in your shopping cart.

When you are ready to pay for the items in your shopping cart you will automatically be directed to WorldPay's secure site to enter your credit/debit card details for payment. WorldPay will authorise your card and take payment on our behalf before returning you to the Keepsake Kreations website.

When you receive you regular bank statements, any payments made online for our goods will be identified as Keepsake Kandles and WorldPay.

Your shopping cart is then displayed. Please review the content of your shopping cart.
Should you wish to make any amendments to the content, please scroll down the page to the paragraph below the shopping cart entitled 'Select Shipping Destination', where you will see the 'Cancel' and 'Next' buttons. Click on 'Cancel' to exit the Checkout, then click on the 'View Basket' link at the top of the page in order to make your chosen amendments. When you are ready simply click on the checkout link(s) as before.
Once you are happy with the content of the shopping cart, please scroll down the page to the paragraph below the shopping cart entitled 'Select Shipping Destination', where you will see the 'Cancel' and 'Next' buttons. Click 'Next' to continue.
The Checkout Process - 2 Once again the shopping cart will be displayed. Scroll down until you see the Invoice Address section.
Please enter your full details as requested, clicking the 'Remember Me! tick box if you would like us to save your address details for future visits to our site.
If you have been given a special Coupon Code or if you have any special delivery instructions please type these in the areas provided. Click '' to continue.
The Checkout Process - 3 Once again the shopping cart will be displayed. Scroll down until you see the General Information section.
We really value your feedback, so please tell us how you found our site and your main reason(s) for buying from us.
Next, please scroll down to the Payment Methodsection. If you wish to pay by credit/debit card, leave the payment method drop down selection as 'WorldPay'.
The Checkout Process - WorldPay If you have selected the 'WorldPay' payment method, the 'Secure Payement Page' at WorldPay will now be displayed. Please have your credit/debit card ready to enter the details.
Please note the "https" prefix in the address line and the small padlock at the foot of the browser page - these indicate that this is a secure site. In addition the text should confirm that this is a page created by WorldPay for KeepsakeKandles.
To proceed, choose your currency(GB Pounds or Euros) and then click on the icon that represents your chosen payment card.
A form for your card details is now displayed. Please enter the required details.
The 'cardholder details' portion of the form will be pre-entered (these are supplied from the Keepsake Kreations site). Please note: It is essential that the address you supply is identical to that used on the statements you regularly receive for the selected credit/debit card - otherwise WorldPay may decline payment.
Having entered all the required details, you will see three options at the bottom of the form: Start Again - to change the card type or the currency
Cancel Purchase - to abort payment Make Payment - to validate and complete payment
Clicking on the 'Start Again' simply returns you to the previous form, allowing you to select a different card type etc.
Alternatively, should you decide for whatever reason that you wish to cancel the payment process, click on the Cancel Purchase icon. A WorldPay confirmation page will be displayed - then click on the Return to Merchant Site icon to return to the Keepsake Kreations site, where you may restart you payment, amend or cancel your order.
Normally, you will simply wish to complete the payment. To do so, click on the Make Payment icon. WorldPay will now validate the form and attempt to process your card payment. If there are any difficulties or queries regarding this process, messages will be displayed promting you to take the appropriate action.
Once payment has been successful, a WorldPay confirmation page will be displayed. You should then click on the Return to Merchant Site icon to return to the Keepsake Kreations site, where a receipt for your purchase will be displayed. It contains full details of your order including an order number. Please keep this for your reference and have it with you if you need to contact us regarding the order. You may also wish to print this page.
In addition, you will receive two emails - one is a full invoice from Keepsake Kreations, the other isa payment transaction confirmation from WorldPay or Paypal.

Acceptance of Order Placing an order through the website is notification that you agree with our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will be updated occasionally, please check them before making your purchase.
Shipping And Handling Force Majeure Neither we, nor any courier or postal service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever. NO REFUNDS can be offered for deliveries which are delayed beyond our immediate control.
General These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of all products by Keepsake Kreations, to the customer. All other terms and conditions expressed or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
1.1 You, the buyer shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provide on the order form and we will not be obliged to accept an order unless all details requested have been entered correctly.We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) If required we will send a personalised design bureau (candle proof) by e-mail for you to check, choose and confirm your candle design. Please check your e-mails regulary and review your personalisation information before confirming your candle design. Check spelling, dates and names carefully.
1.2 Keepsake Kreations cannot be held responsible for customer spelling mistakes on personalised items - so please enter your details carefully.
1.3 On rare occasions, we may need to amend your requested wording slightly to fit with graphic/design layout. We will always keep this to an absolute minimum and strive to ensure that the sentiment of your message is not altered in any way.
1.4 We are entitled to refuse any order placed by a buyer and will not be required to provide an explanation. If we are unable to process your order we will advise within 48 - 72 hours and a refund will be processed.
1.5 Where items are made to a customers personalised design, the customer undertakes to indemnify the company against infringement of any patent, registered design, trade mark or copyright and any loss, damage or expenses which it may incur.
1.6 All orders are accepted subject to availability of stock items and/or raw materials and on the understanding Keepsake Kreations is not held responsible for any loss or delay arising from contingencies beyond its control.
1.7 We have made every effort to display all our products as accurately as possible. However as colours and images vary depending on your own monitor and browser we cannot guarantee that products will be exactly as seen on your monitor. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths given as accurately as possible.
1.8 Candle burn times can be affected by various factors so cannot guarantee number of hours of burn time, however we do advise of approx burn times which are not guaranteed.
All candles are hand made or mass produced by our suppliers so colour, measurements and sizes are approximate and may vary within orders.
1.9 In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we will be happy to do offer you a 15% discount on the same replacement item. Of course, if we made an error, we will replace your order free of charge to you. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Wholesale/Trade Orders 2.0 We are not a wholesale company and we don't "wholesale" in the true meaning of the word, but we will give a discount (-if we can-) on bulk orders exceeding £250.00 or regular orders with a minimum annual spend of £1000.00. Please see website for current stock available
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms. A service charge of 1.70% per month, Annual percentage rate of 20.4%, or the maximum rate allowed by law will be made on all invoices not paid within terms.
Price 2.1 All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling.
2.2 All prices are exclusive of VAT & postage and packaging, unless otherwise stated. For stock ietms you are able to add next day delivery to your cart for an additional cost. You will be given the total price of the transaction before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden extra costs.
2.3 Keepsake Kreations reserve the right at any time to revise prices to account for any increases in costs including, but not limited to, the increase or imposition of any duty, tax, levy or exchange rate variation. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any relevant revision of prices before processing your order.
2.4 In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on the web site, Keepsake Kreations reserves the right to not supply that item at said price. The normal price will be offered instead. Please remember we are a small company.

Passing of Property 4.1 Keepsake Kreations shall retain legal title to the products until the Customer has made all payment in full.
Delivery Information 5.1 Keepsake Kreations only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands).
The costs incurred by Royal Mail and Debit/Credit charges mean that commercially we need to have a minimum order value of £5.00 which is applicable to all on line & telephone orders
5.2 We aim to despatch all personalised orders by first class post within 14 - 21 working days of order receipt subject to availability (with the exception of Bespoke Designs and Wedding Favours of more than 50 contact us for a specific time scale). However, it may occasionally take a little longer, so we would ask customers to allow up to 28 working days for delivery. Our Busiest time of year is February to August and the build up before Christmas starts early October, delivery times do get longer during peak times (Oct-Dec). All purchases will be shipped including postage and packing charge per order within the mainland United Kingdom. You will be advised if further charges apply to you.The cost of Shipping includes both Post and Packaging. That is to say the cost of time and materials as well as postage relating to having an item shipped out.
Provided your order for any non personalised items is received before 5pm, orders will normally be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days (dependent on stock availability), by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or similar courier as appropriate with the exception of Special Delivery.If an item is out of stock then your order may arrive with some items to follow, these items will be despatched as soon as stocks are available. Please dont be alarmed - it is normal practice for us to have all items displayed in stock but surges do happen where items are concerned and items can be out of stock.
Special Delivery orders need to be received before 1pm to be dispatched by Royal Mail for next day delivery before 1pm.We as the sellers are not responsible for delivery time, once your order has been dispatched, and cannot guarantee delivery times during Royal Mail Industrial Action. If you require your order before a specified date and it maybe effected by Royal Mail Industrial Action, please contact us and we can advise cost of a Next Day Courier Service. Delivery time information is provided by the carrier, usually the Royal Mail postal system, and exclude weekends and bank holidays. 5.3 All products are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery or a National Carrier, and will require a signature on receipt. We will send an email confirming your order has been despatched and you should receive your order within 48 hours of receiving the email. If you have not received your order within three working days of the email please contact us.
If delivery is attempted and the carrier is unable to leave the parcel (for example because nobody is available to take receipt) then the responsibility is with the customer to arrange redelivery or collection and we cannot accept any liability for late delivery, loss, damage or returns.
Should any order be returned to us by the carrier after an unsuccessful delivery attempt any additional charges must be paid by the customer.
5.5 If an item is required by a specific date please let us know and we'll do our utmost to help. However, unless you wish to pay for next working day delivery we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
5.6 Whilst we make every effort to process and despatch orders with all possible speed we regret that we cannot accept responsibility if an item fails to arrive by the required date. We cannot accept responsibility for the delays that do occasionally occur by our drop ship designers or that occur when using carriers. All parcels sent by a National Carrier will require a signature on receipt.
5.7 Dispatch Times shown on the website are for UK only.
Acceptance 6.1 The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt. (This does not however affect the customer's statutory rights).
Guarantee Refunds and Returned Goods 7.1 Personalised items or Made to order items cannot be accepted for return unless the item was incorrectly made to the customer's specifications. All of our personalised candles are handmade to your own specifications and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged. Handmade and Made to order items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations. For more information please visit the Office of Fair Trading website.
7.2 If you are unhappy with your order, then just notify us by telephone/email/post (stating reason for return) within 3 days of receipt for a return number you may return it within 14 days for a refund (not including postage). The customer must take care of the companys goods whilst in their possession and ensure that they are returned in pristine unopened condition to qualify for a refund. Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty). Please Note: Postage cost include postage paid to send item to customer, the amount of postage paid to send item to customer will be deducted from total amount of order refunded if the items are not suitable.
Postage and Packing charges are a separate contract and are deemed as a service that has begun and has been completed before the end of the 14 day money back policy period and hence will not be refunded.
7.3 Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive with shortages or damaged please let us know within 3 days and arrange to post them back to us via recorded delivery. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery
Undelivered Packages
7.4 Should a package be returned to us undelivered (due to Courier or Royal Mail not being able to deliver for reasons outside their control, or the package is not collected from the relevant local branch or Royal Mail Post Office within five working days of the attempted delivery, or the intended recipient informing the delivery service that the package should be returned to sender), we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery and return delivery/postage from any refund.
Delivery and/or re-direction charges will apply if an incorrect address or incorrect address details are provided and a package has to be re-routed or re-sent after it has left our dispatch centre.

Cancellation 8.1 If you wish to cancel your purchases from Keepsake Kreations, you must contact us within 24 hours of first placing your order. As most products are produced to specific requirements of the customer, we will then advise you whether production has already commenced or if the goods have already been dispatched. If so, we will be unable to cancel your order and the goods will be charged to you and sent to the requested address. Providing we receive your notification before production has commenced or any item has been dispatched, we will cancel your order and you will not be charged.
If any payment is subsequently withdrawn, disputed, charged back or reversed in any way by the customer the full amount plus any additional fees will become payable by the customer.
